Incorporated in 2004, RANU EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE was set up with the objective of providing modern eye care technology, treatment and services at an affordable price. Today, we have evolved to become a LASIK centre and a centre for Advance Micro Incision Cataract Surgery that is reputed for its modern equipment and high safety standards.

It has always been Dr Ranu's passion to educate and teach his patients about their eye condition and make them understand before they make an educated decision about eye surgery.

Dr. Ranu started this centre with one goal in mind, that to provide an ethical practice where patients are provided best possible eye care before, during and after surgery.

We use advance state of the art wave front guided LASIK technologies and latest surgical techniques and equipment in cataract surgery so as to provide our patients with high safety standards, minimal discomfort and better post-surgery results.

Besides providing laser refractive surgery, we also provide comprehensive eye care, pediatric ophthalmology, treatment of glaucoma and management of blinding eye conditions such as macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.

In 2010, Ranu Eye Specialist Centre will reach another milestone. Spread over and area of 7000sq feet, we will make our centre more comfortable and acquire more equipment. We will dedicate our energy to educate the public and medical care providers with a series of well constructed and regular teaching programs. This year will see the incorporation of a MEDICAL CLINIC where our resident lady doctor will be there to counsel, monitor and treat various medical conditions ranging from simple illnesses to chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes and cancer screening . We believe in a holistic approach because many medical conditions such as diabetes if not controlled will lead to blindness.
